Structure of the programme
The module is designed as a blended-learning programme that combines digital elements, delivered through a self-paced online course, with in-person sessions.

The online course comprises a workload of 10 hours (equivalent to 0.4 ECTS).
*Note: When accessing the course for the first time, please select English as your course language. By doing so, you will also be automatically considered for the English-language in-person courses.
From the date of enrolment, participants have 60 days to complete the course.
2. In-person Phase
After successful completion of the self-paced course, you will be invited by email to the in-person phase. This phase consists of two half-day courses, with a total workload of 15 hours (equivalent to 0.6 ECTS).

About the course
The course provides practical foundations for planning, delivering, and reflecting on teaching sessions. It focuses on structuring lectures to suit the audience, making conscious use of verbal, non-verbal, and para-verbal communication, and using presentation media effectively. Participants prepare and deliver a short presentation on a topic from their own field and receive structured feedback from both peers and the trainer. In this way, they develop skills in designing clear, interactive, and memorable teaching sessions, as well as in giving and receiving feedback.
