QMM-BSc (*in German only) and PHARM_SCI test day procedure

General information

You will receive a personal test invitation in your online account approx. 2 weeks before the test day. You will be notified of the receipt by e-mail. It will contain all the important information about the time, test location and test day procedure. The assignment of the time and location is binding. Your time and location assignment is binding.

Important: Admission to the test locations is only possible for registered students. In order to ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask you not to bring any accompanying persons.

Ab 08:00 Uhr: Einlass und Registrierung

Auf Ihrer Testeinladung finden Sie Ihre Einlasszeit sowie die Bezeichnung Ihres Testlokals sowie des Eingangs.

Für die Registrierung bzw. den Einlass am Testtag beachten Sie bitte:

• Finden Sie sich pünktlich zu der Ihnen in der Testeinladung zugeteilten Uhrzeit am richtigen Teststandort und Eingang
• Halten Sie Ihre Testeinladung in Papierform (Screenshot auf dem Handy ist nicht ausreichend) und
• Ihr gültiges Reisedokument (Reisepass oder Personalausweis) (Screenshot auf dem Handy ist nicht ausreichend) bereit und
• beachten Sie die Liste der erlaubten und nicht erlaubten Gegenstände (check your case).

Nehmen Sie die Testeinladung sowie Ihren Lichtbildausweis unbedingt auch in das Testlokal mit.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass sich Ihr Handy entweder im Flugmodus befindet, oder ausgeschalten ist. Bitte deaktivieren Sie die Weckerfunktion.

Check your case!

Bringen Sie nur Gegenstände mit, die Sie auch in das Testlokal mitnehmen dürfen. Nicht erlaubte Gegenstände müssen während des Testtages in der Garderobe verstaut werden und dürfen erst am Ende des Testtages wieder zur Hand genommen werden. ACHTUNG: Für die Garderobe wird nicht gehaftet. Daher empfehlen wir Ihnen, nicht erlaubte Gegenstände nicht zum Test mitzunehmen.

Erlaubte Gegenstände dürfen während des Testtages in einer durchsichtigen Tasche im Testlokal aufbewahrt und auch zugänglich sein.

Eine Sicherheitskontrolle überprüft vor Zutritt in das Testgelände auf erlaubte und nicht erlaubte Gegenstände. Erst nach positiver Überprüfung wird ein Zutritt ermöglicht.

Verpflegung am Testtag

Aufgrund der Kürze des Tests sowie der Haus- und Benutzungsordnung ist während des Tests keine Verpflegung erlaubt.

Sitzplätze

Im Testlokal werden Ihnen von den Aufsichtspersonen Sitzplätze zugewiesen. Halten Sie sich an diese Anweisungen.
Legen Sie Ihren Lichtbildausweis und die persönliche Testeinladung auf Ihren Tisch und behalten Sie alle anderen Sachen, die Sie gerade nicht benötigen, in Ihrem verschlossenen Beutel unter Ihrem Tisch.
Im Testlokal sind Uhren angebracht, welche ausschließlich die aktuelle Uhrzeit anzeigen.

09:00 Uhr: Testbeginn (voraussichtlich)

Zu Beginn werden wichtige administrative Hinweise zur Bearbeitung des Aufnahmetests gegeben. Bitte seien Sie pünktlich. Der Einlass wird um 09:00 Uhr beendet, damit eine Testteilnahme nicht mehr möglich ist.

11:30 Uhr (ca.): geplantes Testende

Die Entlassung aus den Testlokalen wird wie der Einlass gestaffelt nach mündlicher Instruktion durchgeführt. Stellen Sie sich darauf ein, dass Sie auch nach Ende des Tests an Ihrem Platz einige Zeit verweilen müssen, bis die Entlassung Ihres Sektors möglich ist. Bitte beachten Sie, dass sich das Veranstaltungsende unter ungünstigen Bedingungen auch verzögern kann. Ein vorzeitiges Verlassen des Testlokals ist vor dem Testende aus organisatorischen Gründen nicht möglich. Berücksichtigen Sie dies bitte bei der Planung Ihrer Abreise vom Veranstaltungsort.

Test day: PHARM_SCI

As of 8:00 a.m.: admission and registration

On your test invitation you will find your admission time and the name of your test location as well as the entrance.

For registration or admission on the test day, please note:

• Be at the correct test location and entrance on time at the time allocated to you in the test invitation.
• Have your test invitation in paper form (screenshot on mobile phone is not sufficient) and
• your valid travel document (passport or ID card) (screenshot on mobile phone is not sufficient) ready and
• note the list of permitted and not permitted items (check your case).

Be sure to bring the test invitation and your photo ID with you to the test location.
Please make sure that your mobile phone is either in flight mode or switched off. Please deactivate the alarm clock function.

Check your case!

Only bring items that you are allowed to take into the test venue. Items that are not permitted must be stored in the cloakroom during the test day and may only be picked up again at the end of the test day. ATTENTION: There is no liability for the wardrobe. We therefore recommend that you do not bring any not permissible items to the test.

Permitted items may be kept in a transparent bag in the test venue during the test day and may also be accessible.

A security check screens for permitted and not permitted items before entry to the test site. Only after a positive check is access permitted.

Provisions on the test day

Due to the shortness of the test and the house and use regulations, no provisions are allowed during the test.

Seating

In the test venue, you will be assigned seats by the supervisors. Please follow these instructions.
Put your photo ID and personal test invitation on your table and keep all other things you don't need right now in your closed bag under your table.
In the test room there are clocks that only show the current time.

8:30 a.m.: Start of the test (presumably)

At the beginning, important administrative instructions will be given on how to process the admission test. Please be on time. Admission will end at 08:20 a.m. so that test participation is no longer possible.

11:00 a.m. (approximately): scheduled end of the test

Leaving the test venues will be staggered according to verbal instruction, just like entry. Be prepared to remain in your seat for some time after the end of the test until vacation of your sector is possible. Please note that the end of the event may also be delayed under unfavourable conditions. For organisational reasons, it is not possible to leave the test venue early before the end of the test. Please take this into account when planning your departure from the venue.

Test location

The QMM-BSc (*in German only) and PHARM_SCI admission procedures take place in the rooms of the Medical University of Innsbruck.

Getting there

There are no parking spaces available in the event area. Furthermore, only a limited number of parking spaces (short-stay parking zone) are available in the immediate vicinity of the grounds. We therefore strongly recommend that you travel by public transport.
