Childcare and Reconciliation Unit
Developing, implementing and reviewing measures and thus promoting the reconciliation of work and family life for members of the university is the aim of the university contact point for reconciliation. In addition to individual counselling, needs assessment and the development of targeted offers, the unit coordinates family-friendly initiatives. As a central contact point for questions relating to work-life balance, it works closely with local institutions and is actively represented in national networks. In addition to providing support, it also raises awareness and provides information on the topic of reconciling work and family obligations towards minors and/or relatives in need of care.
