In the Clinical Trial Site Agreement (contracting parties: Medical University of Innsbruck – Sponsor), all services required for conducting clinical trials are jointly presented and negotiated.
These include in particular:
- Services provided by the trial site
- Services of Tirol Kliniken GmbH (hospital operator)
- ZIMCL (Central Institute for Medical and Chemical Laboratory Diagnostics)
- Hospital pharmacy (as an annex to the Clinical Trial Site Agreement)
- Internal cooperation partners (as an annex to the Clinical Trial Site Agreement)
Agreements with the Department of Pathology (Innpath GmbH) must currently still be concluded separately.
