Formular Sportförderung 2026

Bitte um Beachtung zur Einreichung der Sportförderung:

• PERSONALISIERTE Sportkursbestätigung/Jahreskarte/Abo
  (Name, Empfänger, Zahlungsbestätigung, Datum und Betrag)
• ÖSTERREICHISCHER AUSTRAGUNGSORT
• Anträge 1 x pro Semester (1 Semester rückwirkend möglich)
  
  
• Jahresticket/Jahres-Mitgliedsbeitrag 1 x jährlich für 1 Semester (halber Jahresbeitrag bis max. 100 Euro):
  Freizeitticket, Snow Card, Regio Card, Fitness-Studio, Langlaufjahreskarte, Kletterjahreskarte, Jahresbeitrag anderer Sportverein (bei monatlichen Zahlungen Übersendung von mind. 2 Überweisungsbestätigungen).
  
  
• Kurse/10er Blöcke Förderung pro Kurs pro Semester:
  Mehrwöchiger USI-Kurs, Schwimmkurs, VHS-Kurs, 10er Block Klettern, mehrwöchiger Tanzkurs, anderer Sportkurs (KEINE Einzelkarten, mehrwöchige Kurse müssen sich mind. über 2 Monate erstrecken, 5-er/10er Blöcke müssen noch mindestens 2 Monate im Antragssemester gültig sein).

Wir möchten Sie außerdem auf den Sportclub Klinik aufmerksam machen, dieser wird ebenfalls vom Betriebsrat mit dem Kursbeitrag bis zu max. 100 Euro pro Semester alternativ zur Sportkursunterstützung gefördert.

Für alle Aktionen gilt:
– aktives Dienstverhältnis zur MUI
– mindestens 6 Monate betriebsratsumlagepflichtig als wiss. Mitarbeiter:in/studentische:r Mitarbeiter:in

Mit der Inanspruchnahme der Unterstützung wird bestätigt, dass die:der Arbeitnehmer:in für die Versteuerung von Einkommen über den Gewinnfreibetrag von Euro 730,00 pro Jahr selbst verantwortlich ist.

Sports Activities
Max. € 100,00 per semester (1 semester retroactive possible) or per annual ticket/annual membership fee (proportionate)

Form sports sponsoring

Please pay attention to the submission of sports activities:

• PERSONALISED sport course confirmation/annual ticket/subscription
  (name, recipient, payment confirmation, date and amount)
  
• AUSTRIAN PLACE OF PRACTICE
  
• Application once per semester
  
  
• Annual tickets/annual membership fees once a year for one semester (half-yearly fee up to a max. of 100 Euro):
  Leisure ticket, Snow Card, Regio Card, fitness centre, cross-country ski pass, annual climbing pass, annual fees from other sports clubs (for monthly payments, send at least 2 transfer confirmations).
  
  
• Courses/10 blocks subsidy per course/semester:
  several weeks USI course, swimming course, VHS course, climbing block of 10, dance course lasting several weeks, other sports courses (NO individual tickets, courses lasting several weeks must extend over at least 2 months).

For all services:
– acitve employment with the MUI
– at least 6 month payment of works council contribution

With the use of the support it is confirmed that the employee himself is responsible for the taxation of income over the profit-free allowance of EUR 730.00 per year.
